1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Rivera Motors GmbH, Musterstrasse 1, 0000 Musterstadt, Schweiz, email: info@rivera-motors.ch.
2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Netlify; database and photos by Supabase. When you visit, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) is processed to provide the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data processing agreements are or must be concluded with these providers.
3. Cookies
We only use technically necessary cookies: one cookie stores your chosen language. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Visitors do not need an account.
4. Contact form and enquiries
If you write to us using the form, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Messages are deleted after 12 months at the latest unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Map
The map (OpenStreetMap) is only loaded after you click. Your IP address is then transmitted to the map provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
